In our music department, students embark on a melodic journey, exploring the world of music through hands-on experiences and creative expression. Our curriculums cover:
Fundamentals of music:
Students learn the basics of music theory, including reading sheet music, understanding rhythm, and recognizing notes.
Instrumental instruction:
Students receive training on various instruments, developing their skills and confidence in playing solo and ensemble pieces.
Vocal development (choir):
Students cultivate their vocal talents through singing exercises, harmonization, and performance techniques.
Music appreciation:
Students discover diverse genres, historical periods, and cultural influences, broadening their understanding and appreciation of music.
Throughout the year, our music students will:
- Perform in front of the school
